Before our head chef Aon became a chef, she was a nurse at Bangkok’s Bumrungrad International Hospital, where she saw how food connected people from all over the world. That passion followed her to Toronto, where she turned her love for Thai cooking into something bigger. With her mother’s recipes and the energy of Jatujak Market as inspiration, she opened her first Jatujak location in 2012—and what started as one location has now grown across the GTA.
